Question:

About water detection, are you white-labeling this sensor or is it original IP? Any plans to add sensors that pick up variances in water pressure to identify leaks before walls or floors get saturated?

Answer:

These are white-labeled sensors set up to feed data into our system. We currently offer sensors that detect the presence of water, a change in humidity, and a change in temperature.

Question:

Do you offer sensors comparable to WINT, which senses flow in pipes and can shut off water if there is a leak?

Answer:

We currently do not. Here's our current reasoning: We are primarily deployed during construction, and WINT systems generally deliver a lot of false positives during construction. The sensors we have chosen at this time deliver alerts so that builders can respond quickly to leaks/humidity/temperature changes. Being able to respond quickly aligns with developing requirements for builders risk insurance and reduction of insurance premiums.

Are you affiliated or pre-approved by any builders risk providers, such as TRU?

Answer:

Question:

How does Eyrus know what company each worker is associated with?

Answer:

We capture this data during the worker registration and badge or beacon assignment process. Worker registration can happen remotely (before the worker shows up to the site) or it can happen on-site when workes show up for orientation. Once the data is captured, it is then always available are workers are automatically recorded entering and exiting the site.
